The presenter, Jason Gardner, will explore the agile values and principles, and why they matter. We'll investigae how to use the values and principles to help teams that seem to be doing everything correctly and yet seem to struggle to deliver value to customers. The presentation objectives include: understanding the importance of agile principles and values for correct implementation of practices; review some agile "smells" - signs that something isn't right under the hood; and understand how to use the agile principles and values to help new and mature teams.
