Bio: Prior to becoming Chief of Police in Los Alamos, NM, Torpy was a member of the Indialantic Florida Police Department, 1977-1978, and the Melbourne, Florida Police Department from 1978-2003. He received a Bachelor of Arts Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College, Columbia, MO, a Master of Science Criminal Justice Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and attendance at the FBI National Academy - 208th Session, Quantico, Va.

Bio:  Barbara Lopez has been in the IT industry for over 25 years in several software development and leadership roles. She is currently Senior Director of IT at the New Mexico Gas Company where she is responsible for all IT areas including applications, security, architecture, desktop technologies, telecommunications, and data center services. Barbara holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico and is a certified Project Management Professional. She is also on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Technology Council where she created the 5-year strategic plan.
