Do you know of a business or individual who would be interested in marketing their products or services to over 400 professional project managers? And also helping these professionals to improve their skills? Then please tell them about the Rio Grande Chapter of PMI (PMIRGC) Sponsorship Program.
Here’s how it works:
Sponsors will receive marketing benefits, such as placement of their logos and links on our website’s sponsor page and/or home page, inclusion of their logos on all our printed materials, or even a place in every chapter meeting. The benefits depend on the level of the sponsorship.
Sponsorships range from $100 to $5000.
Most important, every cent of the sponsorship cost will be used to fund chapter scholarships and other programs bemefiting members.
Please tell your business associates what we have to offer. For a small sponsorship, they can reap major marketing benefits and help to improve the skills of project management pros.
PMIRGC is a 501(c)(6) organization, so contributions may be tax deductible.

In May of 2013, PMIRGC awarded our first scholarship to a very deserving recipient, Cary Widauf. He won this award based on likelihood of success in the educational program, academic abilities/personal strengths, financial need/career plans, project management accomplishments, community service and commitment to support PMIRGC.
PMI Rio Grande Chapter (PMIRGC) took on a new challenge this year, a journey that focused on working with potential sponsors with one goal in mind: 100% of the money raised would be awarded to a deserving PMI member in the form of a scholarship.
Earlier this year, the Marketing Department of PMIRGC, as well as other board members began sharing this opportunity with businesses of all sizes, in all locations, and not limiting themselves to businesses with a focus on project management.
