Tips and tricks for managing projects with MS Teams  -  Our two monthly presentations will focus on how to increase effectiveness and efficiency when managing projects using MS Teams by organizing your Teams site for consistent structure. Additionally, the speaker will review helpful Teams App integrations that lend themselves well to MS Teams such as LucidChart, MS Planner, and MS Project.

Jason Krueger is a project manager at the University of New Mexico and works in IT for the Infrastructure team. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the field of Sociology. Notable projects he has worked on include Implementation of identity management system (SailPointIIQ), many data center projects to include replacing a UPS requiring a three-day outage, Firewall upgrades, UNM's cloud implementation with Azure, and currently assigned as the PM for two GOBOND projects to refresh the fiber and switch infrastructure with a combined budget of $6 million.
