Noontime Knowledge - Teaming & Psychological Safety
Can we design or structure teams to be more effective and synergistic? Studies directed by Melissa Valentine,
Assistant Professor at Stanford University, as well as an account of what Google learned in its quest to build
the perfect team, demonstrate that intentional team design and a psychologically safe environment have
significant impact on team dynamics. We will explore these topics in further detail.
