The following are the five essential skills of a Project Manager which need to be refined over time:

Leadership: Originating purpose, motivating & process management for teams An effective leader ensures the project progress meets the intended goals.

Communication:Clear and concise communication is crucial for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients. This includes both verbal and written skills.

Time Management: Ability to administer oneself and what time a person spends on specific activities. By managing the time available effectively, it helps in selecting assignments and resources to perform optimally.

Problem-solving- Identify concerns or problems and formulates effective solutions. These elements include analytical skills as well as composure under pressure.

Negotiation - The ability to work with stakeholders, clients and team members to reach agreements that are acceptable by all parties involved. This includes compromise, persuasion, and conflict resolution.
