- Whether or not you have "leader" or "manager" in your title, project success often rests on your ability to get things done through others. In other words, leadership. The first step in leading others is to understand yourself. A good way to do that is to develop a personal leadership philosophy. Bob will illustrate why this philosophy is important and how to develop it. During the presentation, audience members will begin to develop their own personal leadership philosophies to help them become more effective project managers.
